Product guide
A straightforward explanation of Seatzo's connection entitlement, free browsing, expiry and the limits of what a pass represents.
A Connect Pass is a Seatzo platform-use entitlement that unlocks one connection under the product rules shown in the app. It is not a metro ticket, fare, physical seat, booking, reservation, or promise that another commuter will offer a seat. A pass gives a user the ability to initiate a connection; it cannot make another person participate or guarantee that a suitable offer exists.
Browsing seat offers is free. This matters because people should be able to see whether there is relevant activity before deciding whether they want to connect. A seeker needs a valid Connect Pass to initiate a connection under the current rules, while a provider does not need a pass simply to list a genuine seat offer.
A pass has a defined validity period. Check the package information displayed in Seatzo before purchasing or using one, including the number of passes and their expiry. Validity is part of the digital entitlement and does not extend the life of a seat listing or make a listing available for the duration of the pass. Seat listings and connection windows are time-sensitive and may expire sooner.
The pass is consumed only when the relevant handoff reaches the product's successful completion state. It is not intended to be charged as a completed connection merely because a person browsed an offer. The exact status of a connection, any reserved entitlement, and the applicable release or cancellation behaviour should be read in the live product flow and current terms.
A successful digital connection still depends on people and circumstances. The provider may no longer be able to offer the seat; the seeker may decide not to continue; the train may move; or no compatible offer may be found. Seatzo does not operate the metro and does not control physical seats, passenger decisions, train operations or station rules. Never rush, block a door or pressure another passenger in order to fulfil a connection.
Before buying a package, check the currently displayed price, quantity and expiry details. Do not rely on an old screenshot, social post or message as the authoritative price. If a purchase or connection does not behave as described, use the available support route and include the relevant transaction or connection reference when it is safe and appropriate to do so. Do not post account identifiers or payment details publicly.
The simplest summary is this: browsing is free, a Connect Pass unlocks a connection, and it does not buy or reserve a physical seat. Seatzo should explain the entitlement before a user commits to it, show the current terms clearly, and handle the connection state consistently. Users should make decisions based on the information shown in the live product—not on an assumption that a pass guarantees a result.
