How we publish
The standards Seatzo applies to its public commuter information, product explanations and metro guides.
This policy applies to public information published on Seatzo's website. The publisher is SEATZO INNOVATION LABS PRIVATE LIMITED. Seatzo is independent of metro and rail operators. References to transit operators identify primary sources for the operator's own service information; they do not imply affiliation, partnership or endorsement.
Editorial standard 1
For operational information, Seatzo prioritises material published by the relevant transit operator. Guides link to the source pages used. If an operator updates a rule or instruction, the operator's current information takes precedence over a Seatzo summary.
Editorial standard 2
Seatzo is a commuter coordination platform, not a metro operator, ticketing authority or seat-allocation authority. Product explanations describe Seatzo's own features and conditions. They do not represent the rules of a transit operator.
Editorial standard 3
Seatzo does not present invented survey findings, interviews, passenger quotations, usage figures, ratings, partnerships or operational statistics as fact. A research report should identify its method, collection period, sample, limitations and the basis for each reported result.
Editorial standard 4
Where transit information can change, a guide should identify when its source material was checked and link to the operator. A date is updated when a substantive review has taken place, not merely to make a page appear new.
Editorial standard 5
Software tools, including AI-assisted tools, may help organise research or prepare an initial draft. Tool output is not evidence and is never published as a substitute for source material. Before publication, a responsible human editor must review the complete article, verify each material factual claim against the cited primary sources, check dates and links, review wording and attribution, and approve the final version. Seatzo remains accountable for the content it publishes.
Editorial standard 6
Readers can report a factual error or an outdated link through the Seatzo Support page. Include the page URL, the statement in question and a reliable source for the proposed correction. Do not include passwords, OTPs, payment credentials or other account secrets.
To report an error in a guide or ask about published product information, visit Seatzo Support. The relevant transit operator remains the authoritative source for current service rules and travel instructions.
